With the wet weather joining us again this week, we haven’t been able to get as much blockwork up as we would have liked but still, we have made plenty of progress.
As you can see, the classrooms are really taking shape and the scaffolding will begin to be erected next week.
This week we have had another section of the ground floor slab poured, so we only have one pour left now to the hall area. The groundworkers are on with the preparation for that last pour which is happening on Tuesday next week.
Other groundwork activities have been levelling the landscaped area behind the school and also some drainage works.
Next week, we will be increasing the amount of bricklayers on site to give the job a push after the poor weather this week. Groundworkers will be busy prepping the slab ready for the concrete pour and as I have mentioned, scaffolders will be starting on site.
